Conditions for Returns or Exchanges
Felario accepts items purchased on our website for return or exchange within 90 days of receipt, under the following conditions:

The item shows no visible signs of damage

All original packaging is intact

The item is unused and in resellable condition
Any visible signs of damage or wear may result in the return being refused.
Returns are only processed after the package has been received and inspected by us.
To complete your return, we may require proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or order number.
Changed Your Mind
Not fully satisfied with your purchase? No problem.
You have the right to return your order within 90 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, as long as:

The item is unused/unworn

There is no visible damage

It is in the original packaging
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for another size or colour), this is handled as a standard return + new order.

How to Return or Exchange an Item
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@felario.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

You will receive return instructions from us, including confirmation of the return address.

Send the item using a carrier of your choice. For higher-value orders, we recommend tracked and/or insured shipping.

Once we receive your return, we will confirm by email and inspect the item.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Returns are processed via our international distribution centre in China.

Returns are at your own risk; we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels without proof of shipment.
Important:

When sending a return, please write the store name (Felario) and your order number on or inside the parcel.

The declared value of the parcel must not exceed 19 USD or 19 EUR; otherwise, customs may apply taxes. Any such fees may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via the same payment method used for your original purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Please note: banks and payment providers may require an additional 2–3 working days to process and display the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

First check your bank account or payment app again.

Contact your bank or payment provider, as there may be a processing delay.
If you still have not received your refund after a few days, please email us at info@felario.com with your order number so we can investigate.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a digital gift card for the value of your return instead of a monetary refund.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@felario.com with:

We will review the situation and offer a suitable solution (replacement, refund, or partial refund).
Wrong Item Received

We will make sure you receive the correct item or a refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived after the expected delivery time has passed, please contact us at info@felario.com with your order number.
We will start an investigation with the carrier.
If the order cannot be traced or is confirmed as lost, you will receive either a full refund or a replacement shipment.
