Orders are shipped directly from China in cooperation with our logistics partners.
Shipments are handled under the Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) system, meaning import VAT and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.
Upon arrival in the United Kingdom, the courier (such as Royal Mail, DHL, or others) may contact you to pay any applicable import fees before delivery.

SECTION 6 – ORDERS, ACCOUNT INFORMATION & RETURN POLICY

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Such limitations may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, payment card, or shipping address.

Returns

Customers have the right to return their order within 90 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When sending a return, please include the store name and your order number in or on the parcel.
The declared value must not exceed $19 USD or €19 EUR, otherwise customs duties may apply.

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method as your original order.
