Processing & Delivery Time
Orders placed on weekdays before 17:00 (GMT) are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed after 17:00 or during weekends are processed on the next working day.

International Shipping & Carriers
Our collection is carefully curated and shipped through a trusted network of international logistics partners.
All orders are shipped directly from our global fulfilment centre in China and delivered by leading couriers such as Royal Mail, Yodel, or DHL.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@felario.com with your order number.
We will immediately investigate the issue with our carrier.
If your parcel cannot be located or is confirmed as lost, you will receive either a full refund or a replacement item.
Returns
Not fully satisfied with your order?
You can return your item within 90 days of receiving it.
