Processing & Delivery Time

Orders placed on weekdays before 17:00 (GMT) are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed after 17:00 or during weekends are processed on the next working day.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday)

  • Shipping time: 7–10 business days after processing (Monday–Saturday)

Please note: these delivery times are averages. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or seasonal demand. We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

International Shipping & Carriers

Our collection is carefully curated and shipped through a trusted network of international logistics partners.
All orders are shipped directly from our global fulfilment centre in China and delivered by leading couriers such as Royal Mail, Yodel, or DHL.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your shipment’s progress at any time via our Track & Trace page.

By placing an order, you agree to the stated processing time and shipping method.

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping with tracking on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
All shipping costs are fully covered by Felario.

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@felario.com with your order number.
We will immediately investigate the issue with our carrier.
If your parcel cannot be located or is confirmed as lost, you will receive either a full refund or a replacement item.

Returns

Not fully satisfied with your order?
You can return your item within 90 days of receiving it.

To return your item:

  1. Email us at info@felario.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You will receive detailed return instructions by email.

  3. Send your parcel back to our international distribution centre.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (average cost: £20–£25 depending on courier).
Returns are processed once the parcel has been received and inspected.
